Baby Bonnet Bonanza by ~A--Anthony
Ruins PointDark megaliths of stone,Ruins Point by ~A--Anthony
A monument to fate;
Grandeur now overthrown,
A silent futile wait.
Why so forsaken thus?
Say where the builder went;
A dream resigned to dust,
Bright inspiration spent.
A mighty brooding hulk,
No caretaker remains;
Shadows alone now sulk
In disconsolate lanes.
Rock crumbles into sand,
Sand into memory,
Scattered across the land;
A sunken mystery.
When did all go awry?
The seas alone now know
What is the point served by
The ruins far below.

Bad Luck WomanMama said, “Now see here child,Bad Luck Woman by ~A--Anthony
You better mind, you hear?”
But ain’t a thing could stop her;
She don’t know how to fear.
Her preacher he done told her
Pride goes before a fall;
If she didn’t have bad luck
She’d have no luck at all.
Good boys fell in love with her,
The bad boys fell in bed;
They believed they were her first,
Or so she always said.
Like an insect on display
She’d nail ‘em to the wall;
If she didn’t have bad luck
She’d have no luck at all.
She gets everything she wants
And even what she don’t;
Guys do anything for her –
There’s little that they won

Dreams Borne WithinDreams born within us are the dreamsDreams Borne Within by ~A--Anthony
We cannot bear to live without.
Shunning fear of judgment redeems
Dreams born within us; are the dreams
Inside us strong enough? It seems,
Cruel as it may be, there’s no doubt
Dreams born within us are the dreams
We cannot bear to live without.

Avatar: The Last Airbender - Remember the SeriesI know I'm not the only one who has been reading fellow fans' broken-hearted reactions to Paramount/M. Night's live-action adaptation of the cartoon series Avatar: The Last Airbender. On Facebook, LiveJournal, Twitter, social networking and blogging platforms across the net, responses range from sadness to anger and despair.Avatar: The Last Airbender - Remember the Series by ~nijibug
While doubtless the movie The Last Airbender disappoints, what frightens me more than anything are fans who have told me they are giving up on Avatar.
To those fans licking their wounds, to those fans hiding their faces, I want you to remember.
Think back through the years to that first moment when the little boy in the iceberg woke up and won your heart.
Think of the beautiful, strong, and determined young waterbender, sister, mentor, and friend who never gave up hope.
